"We have been learning what 'mind over matter' means, now is the time for 'soul over mind'."
Andreas Mannal has spent 12 years in monastic community settings, including 7 years in the monastic Order of Geometry of a Trans-Himalayan Mystery School in Southern France, ‘getting rid of the bullshit’. Born and raised in Germany, Andreas is a cosmopolitan, who has lived the last 30 years in the USA, working as an intercultural business consultant, coach and trainer at corporate executive level. He now spends much of his time in Greece, upholding the integrity and vision of Archi Tou Atman, where he has founded a Soul Academy and a Temple of Being.
As a soul worker, following a life altering experience of awakening and enlightenment, Andreas Mannal has dedicated the last four decades to researching how the Presence of the Soul affects human life, and how the individual and community may cultivate this Presence in soulship. Soulship allows for a more direct, authentic, dynamic and transformative way of living, in contrast to a shadow existence in the clutches of the mechanization concept of the rational mind. He refers to that as the Beginning of Atman, or the Atman Principle.
Through the Yoga of the Soul, the Yoga of Time, Politics of the Soul, and the Soul Navigator®, Andreas draws on the timeless wisdom of Eastern and Western teachings on the Soul to offer a pragmatic and ethical way of being an opening for the joyous fulfillment of the great and miraculous possibilities of the Soul. He represents the Soul’s Presence with a sense of humor and an infectious zeal for living life infused with a clear understanding of pure Being, beyond the incarcerating habits of object-dependent conceptualization and mechanization.
In the Presence of the Soul
Meet Andreas Mannal in this short video and learn about his story, his center Archi Tou Atman, the Soul Academy, and the Temple of Being which is nestled against the Taygetos mountain range, a stone's throw from the Ionian sea, in the stunning nature of the Peloponnese in Southern Greece.
“For thousands of years, until our present day modern world, humanity has had teachings on how the Soul relates to human existence, in the East and in the West. In the West Pythagoras, the originator of Western philosophy 2600 years ago, had an explicit teaching on the Soul.
200 years later Plato, who laid the foundation for the Western tradition of thinking, expounded this teaching on the Soul in his most read dialogues. And his most famous student, Aristotle, who laid the foundation for logic and modern science, wrote a treatise 'On the Soul'.
From India, we inherit through Vedanta an explicit Soul teaching, that dates back 3000 years, with a concise terminology, and methods of personal transformation. In my work with the Soul the essence of these teachings comes alive as an integral approach to your whole life-situation - how are you (self)?, who are you with (relationships)?, and finally - what are you doing (work)? - in the liberating and empowering context of the Soul."
